Terms & conditions
- The Promoter is Our Media Limited, company number 05715415.
- Entrants must be UK residents (including the Channel Islands) aged 18 years or older, excluding employees or contractors of the Promoter or anyone connected with the promotion or their direct family members.
- Closing date for entries is 5th July 2023 at 11.59pm.
- By entering, you agree to be bound by all the rules of the promotion.
- Entrants must supply Our Media Limited with their name and email address. Our Media Limited (publisher of Homes & Antiques) will hold your data in accordance with its privacy policy. For details, please see this policy at policies.immediate. co.uk/privacy/
- Only one entry will be permitted per person, regardless of method of entry. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.
- One winning entry will be chosen at random from all the correct entries after the closing date.
- The draw is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into.
- The Promoter may share the details of the winner with the prize provider for the purposes of fulfilling/delivering the prize.
- The winner will be notified of their win within 28 days of the closing date by email.
- The winner must claim their prize within 28 days of notification. In the event that a winner does not claim their prize within 28 days, another winner will be drawn at random.
- The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and not for resale and cannot be modified. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discounts. There is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of the same or greater value.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
- The Promoter does not accept responsibility for lost, delayed, ineligible or fraudulent entries.
- The Promoter excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from their entry into the promotion or occurring to a winner arising from their acceptance of a prize.
- One winner will win a two-night stay at Seagulls Cottage, provided by Camber Holiday Cottages.
- Once notified, the winner will be sent further details on how to book their prize. To book, the winner must email info@camberholidaycottages.co.uk. Bookings can be made during the following dates, subject to date availability: Monday 11th September to Friday 15th December 2023 and Wednesday 3rd January to Wednesday 27th March 2024.
- The winner is responsible for all travel costs and expenses associated with their stay, including but not limited to transportation, meals and activities.
- The winner may bring up to 9 guests. Children are welcome when accompanied by adults aged 21 and over. For all adult groups, guests must all be aged 21 and over.
- The winner will be required to put down a credit or debit card for a ‘pre-authorisation hold’ at the time of booking. Please note, the card will not be charged unless any damages occur during their stay. If there are no damages the hold will be released after the winner and their guests’ departure.
- Arrivals must be on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays or Saturdays. Arrivals are from 4pm and departures by 10am.
- Camber Holiday Cottages reserves the right to refuse any booking that does not comply with its terms and conditions (camberholidaycottages.co.uk/terms-and-conditions).
- The surname and county of residence of the winner will be available upon request by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to Homes & Antiques at Eagle House, Bristol, BS1 4ST, UK. The Promoter will contact the winner before releasing this information and provide the winner the opportunity to object or limit the amount of information shared.
- The promotion is subject to the laws of England.
