Take your trusty steed to London's Exhibition Road on 29th July for a cycle ride with a difference

Don your best cycle chic outfit and take your favourite old bike along to the Vintage Style Ride in London later this month.

Vintage cycling afficionados will be weaving their way down Exhibition Road in all their vintage finery on 29th July in the event organised by The Vintage Guide to London as part of the nine-day extravaganza Exhibition Road Show, celebrating the road's recent refurb.

To join the rally, you simply have to wear your favourite vintage getup, whether it’s a Twenties flapper dress or, perhaps more suitable, a Sixties Mod suit. If you find you are without wheels, do not fear as eccentric cycle tour guide company Tally Ho! Cycle Tours has Pashleys available to hire, and is also hosting guided tours through Kensington beforehand, starting at its HQ in Waterloo.

The sophisticated street party also promises music, acrobatics, debates, parades, afternoon tea dances and nightly balls. Find out more here.
