The BBC2 show is on the hunt for contestants to take part in the second series

BBC Two’s Antiques Master is returning to our screens after its debut last year and the makers of the show are looking for amateur antiques experts to compete for the prestigious title.

In the show, presenter Sandi Toksvig and expert Eric Knowles, pictured, put amateur antiques aficionados through their paces at the beautiful Towneley Hall in Burnley, Lancashire.

Contestants prove their knowledge in a series of challenges where they have to date, value and assess an array of stunning antiques.

If you have the passion, insight and knowledge to compete, and you are over 18, contact the team before Monday 14th February. Phone 0161 244 4160 (standard geographic charges apply and calls may be included in your telecom provider’s call package. Calls from mobiles may be higher) or email antiquesmaster@bbc.co.uk
