Gloucester Quays antiques fair this weekend

Eclectic antiques take pride of place in an outlet centre

It’s more usual to travel to an outlet centre for end-of-line bargains than one-off pieces.

This weekend at Gloucester Quays outlet centre, however, one-off is exactly what you are likely to find at the third installment of the biannual Gloucester Quays Antiques Fair.

The fair was started last year by Bristol-based antiques dealer Brian Ashbee in conjunction with the 100-dealer strong Gloucester Quays Antiques Centre. It takes place on the Upper Deck – a bright spot in which to rummage through furniture, jewellery, silver, ceramics, toys, vintage clothing, clocks, stamps and collectables.

A nice way to spend what looks set to be a weekend of April showers…

The fair will be open between 10am and 5pm. Entry £2.50. 01452 338933; gloucesterquays.co.uk
