The world famous Newark International Antiques & Collectors Fair celebrates its 25th anniversary this week.

To mark the occasion, organiser International Antiques & Collectors Fairs Ltd (IACF) is encouraging stallholders and buyers past and present to join in the festivities during the fair on 7th-8th October at Newark & Nottinghamshire Showground.

Memories of the first fairs in 1985 will be commemorated in a special edition of the old Newark fair magazine, Fairs News, which is free to all visitors.

Rachel Everett, IACF operations manager, says: ‘Newark Fair has come a long way. From relatively humble beginnings, it is now a globally renowned fair. Whether you’re an avid collector, an interiors enthusiast or simply just love shopping, there is something for everyone.’

Up to 4,000 stalls make up each fair every other month, providing an extensive range of fine furniture, paintings, ceramics and memorabilia.
Print this page and show it at the door to obtain 2-for-1 entry on Friday.
