Hello..a newbee to the site here!
I just had to write to say how great the Christmas edition of the magazine is this year.I was an avid reader of the magazine for a lot of years...and then I became a little sad at the format..it seemed to become very 'modern' without the lovely 'ordinary' homes.I LOVE all the homes featured in the latest issue.My home is a mixture of old, vintage and pre-owned items collected over the years.I have had a home filled with 'Shabby' and 'vintage' before the latest trend for such things!
Many people ask me just why I prefer old things..I think its the thought of an item being loved and cherished through many years that appeals.. what do others think??
