It’s called treasure seat(Baozuo). It’s very big like a bed. Bed is very important in traditional Chinese daily life. The host also meet visitors on bed. So the treasure seat is like a bed in shape. You can not rely on anything for this kind of seat. It’s not really comfortable to sit on it the whole day to do daily work. If in case you go to Summer Palace you can see it.
