I am very fond of my colourful spotty lemonade set but I have no idea when or where it was made. Can you help?

What a riot! These very jolly wares were made by Karel Palda in the 1930s at his huge glassworks at Jablonec in what was then Czechoslovakia.
Huge quantities of this glass were exported to England and were originally sold at Woolworths – sadly now part of retail history. Today, your set is worth around £50-£75.
