1 Promoter: Immediate Media Company Bristol Limited.
2 The promotion is open to all residents of the UK, including the Channel Islands, aged 18 years or older, except the Promoter’s employees or contractors and anyone connected with the promotion or their direct family members.
3 By entering the promotion, you agree to be bound by all the rules of the promotion including these terms and conditions.
4 The Promoter may share the details of the winners with the prize provider for the purposes of fulfilling/delivering the prize.
5 The Promoter excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the promotion or occurring to a winner arising from his or her acceptance of a prize.
6 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
7 Only one entry will be permitted per household, regardless of method of entry. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted. Entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered.
8 No responsibility accepted for lost, delayed, ineligible or fraudulent entries.
9 There are two prizes in total.
10 The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and not for resale. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discounts. There is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of the same or greater value.
11 Closing date for entries is 11.59pm on 9th December 2019.
12 Two winning entries will be chosen at random (after the closing date) from all correct entries.
13 The winners will be notified of their win within 28 days of the closing date, by phone (for postal entries) or email (for online entries).
14 The winners must claim their prize within 28 days of notification. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim their prize within 28 days, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant, or to re-offer the prize in any future promotion.
15 The Promoter’s decision as to the winners is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into.
16 The winners will receive four nights’ hotel accommodation for them plus one guest in a Royal Suite at Le Jardin des Douars, with breakfast each morning and dinner included on the first and last evenings (excluding alcohol), plus bus transfers to/from Essaouira airport or Essaouira coach station and a single return shuttle to/from the Medina.
17 Accommodation is subject to availability and excludes the periods between and including 23/09/19–03/11/19, 21/12/19–07/02/20, 15/02/20–23/02/20, 04/04/20–31/05/20, 01/07/20–30/08/20, 17/10/20–08/11/20, 19/12/20–31/12/20.
18 Flights to and from Essaouira are not included.
19 The prize must be booked and taken by 31st December 2020.
20 Entrants must supply to Immediate Media Company Limited their full name, email address or daytime telephone number. The Promoter will use entrants’ personal details in accordance with the Immediate Privacy Policy (
immediate.co.uk/privacy-policy).
21 The promotion is subject to the laws of England.
22 The surname and county of residence of the winners will be available upon request by sending an SAE to H&A Le Jardin des Douars competition, Eagle House, Colston Avenue, Bristol, BS1 4ST within two months of the closing date of the promotion. The Promoter will contact the winners before releasing this information and provide the winners the opportunity to object or limit the amount of information shared.
