1 Promoter: Immediate Media Company Bristol Limited.
2 The promotion is open to all residents of the UK, including the Channel Islands, aged 18 years or older, except the Promoter’s employees or contractors and anyone connected with the promotion or their direct family members.
3 By entering the promotion, you agree to be bound by all the rules of the promotion including these terms and conditions.
4 The Promoter may share the details of the winner and the runner up with the prize provider for the purposes of fulfilling/delivering the prizes.
5 The Promoter excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the promotion or occurring to a winner or a runner up arising from his or her acceptance of a prize.
6 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
7 Only one entry will be permitted per household, regardless of method of entry. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted. Entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered.
8 No responsibility accepted for lost, delayed, ineligible or fraudulent entries.
9 There are two prizes in total.
10 The prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and not for resale. The prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discounts. There is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with another prize of the same or greater value.
11 Closing date for entries is 11.59pm on 09 September 2019.
12 One winning entry and one runner up will be chosen at random (after the closing date) from all correct entries.
13 The winner and the runner up will each be notified of their win within 28 days of the closing date, by phone (for postal entries) or email (for online entries).
14 The winner and the runner up must each claim their prize within 3 days of notification. In the event that the winner and/or the runner up cannot be contacted or fails to claim their respective prize within 3 days, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize(s) to another runner up, or to re-offer the prize(s) in any future promotion.
15 The Promoter’s decision as to the winner and the runner up is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into.
16 The winner will receive two nights’ consecutive accommodation in The Garden Suite at No. 1 The Mansions in Kensington for up to five people. The runner up will receive two nights’ consecutive accommodation in a one-bedroom apartment at 44 Curzon Street in Mayfair for up to two people.
17 Each accommodation is on a self-catering basis, subject to availability and excludes the period between 23rd December 2019 – 2nd January 2020 (inclusive).
18 Travel costs are not included.
19 Each prize must be booked and taken by 20 March 2020.
20 Entrants must supply to Immediate Media Company Limited their full name, email address or daytime telephone number.
